Company Leadership Founded in 1983 by the current owner Don Simmons, Simmons Real Estate draws on its experience and in-depth market knowledge of the East Texas commercial real estate market for local, national and international clients. Project Highlights Simmons Real Estate has partnered and overseen some of the largest projects in Tyler and Longview in its 27 years of business. This includes over 65 acres in Tyler’s South Broadway retail corridor, another 65 acres in Tyler’s Grande-Old Jacksonville area, and substantial development in the Troup Highway corridor.
